I HATE OPTUS !

I swear to God, I HATE Optus Mobile. Since January when I changed my plan to a Cap I have been over-billed $20 or more every month. I don't even use the whole $300 I am allocated most months, WHAT THE FUCK!? and oh my God, fucking Indians trying to have a conversation with me with and English dictionary in their other hand. All I want is to be billed right and not spend one day a month on the phone to Goddam Optus, it's not that hard people! They didn't even reduce the $30 I overpaid off this months bill but instead added another $30 :/ And then I get these bullshit texts about not paying my bill, I WILL PAY IT WHEN ITS FUCKING RIGHT ! :@
